01. How do I register for training/testing?
Registration is completed by phone, please call 321.804.2726 (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm ET). A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due two weeks before training starts. If you are booking a class that starts less than two weeks from the day of booking, full payment is required.
02. When should I book my flight to arrive and depart?
To be the fully prepared and at your best, we recommend you arrive Sunday prior to first day of class. Class begins at 8:30 am on Monday morning, it is suggested to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and get prepared.
Class ends at 4:30, if planning your return flight on the last day of training/testing, please account for rush hour traffic. We are located approximately 15-20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
03. What do I need to bring to class with me?
- Tools are included in the training course. However please feel free to bring your own, no torches allowed in the facility.
- For safety reasons, please dress professionally with long pants, closed toed shoes.
- No need to bring food, a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please communicate any dietary restrictions at time of booking your class
04. Are there any requirements to become a 3M Preferred Installer?
Yes, passing the 3M preferred test and you maintain $1,000,000 of liability insurance. These will be requested by 3M in order to be listed on their find an installer page
05. Is it necessary to attend training to take the 3M Preferred Test?
It’s not necessary, but it is highly encouraged. The 3M Preferred Installer test is intended for experienced professional installers, with years of experience.
05. How can I better prepare for training and testing?

To prepare for the test, it is important that you know the information found in these 3M Technical Bulletins. Please study them prior to taking the test. All instructional bulletins can be found on 3Mgraphics.com or on the 3M COSMO app available on apple and android devices.
